I needed a duffel bag for the gym.. … This is my second Adidas Defender bag and I’m amazed at how large the ‘small’ is. I use one bag for gym workouts and the newest one will hold my swim things when I’m teaching a water fitness class. The mesh side pocket holds both my water shoes and my flip-flops for the shower and the other side holds things like swim cap, goggles, lotion, snacks, cables for my phone, etc. This bag is slightly different from my first one, in that there is a zippered pouch along the front.
