I’m a big fan of packing bags, but something happened on a recent trip that really has me reconsidering… Packing bags are great. Solid Packing Set I used these on a recent trip to Scandinavia and they helped me keep my backpack nicely organized. The cubes are really floppy but they’ll take shape as you fill them. I liked that I could fold them or squish them into my pack after filling them. I didn’t have any problems with the zippers and none of my cubes tore after two weeks of regular use. Poor decision, I know I used these to pack over a week’s worth of clothes, including shoes, into a carry-on bag for a wedding. It was a 40L bag packed to the gills. Poor decision, I know, but I’m a man of principles, and my principles state that if I have to mortgage my house to get a ticket in coach, I’m not going to pay you even more to check a bag for me.
