The lock will not unlock Received the luggage and it seems decent quality.Followed the instructions and to set the location to a new combo. Filled up the suitecase, closed the lock and then rotated the dials to lock it. I have packed for a 6 day trip and still have room to spare. My only issue is I spent over an hour trying to figure out how to open it.
