This suitcase is a lot larger than I expected. Fully loaded, you may get pretty close to the 50lb mark.As is typical with hard sided luggage, this is made to hold half of the contents on each side. One side has an elastic band to strap down you’re items and then other side is contained under a zippered cover. The cover has several additional pockets.
