The dimensions listed for this *21-inch* spinner are simply NOT TRUE. This appears to be very well made; BUT the dimensions listed in the specs are wrong – they apply to the inside of the case. It is too big for Alaska Airlines’ size limits for use as a carry on. At 23″ X 14.25 X 11, the actual dimensions exceed those allowed (22″ X 14″ X 9″). So according to Alaska’s Customer Care department, it would be allowed only as checked luggage at their usual fee. It makes me wonder if American Tourister has mis-stated the dimensions for all of their alleged…
Buyer Beware! Beautiful, maneuverable, and worthless. I would give it zero stars if I could. The zipper broke on the first flight. I didnΓ’ΒΒt recognize my pretty new luggage when it arrived at baggage claim after one round-trip flight, held together with tape and wrapped in plastic. American Tourister should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a poor quality product.
