Needs padding around the inside window trim ! It was shipped and arrived early, the seller is awesome. It has a big design flaw that’s why I gave it only 3 . On the inside no padding for your pet, and even worse the ring around the window has a raised sharp edge where you pet could get slammed into. I have to do something about it. 2 others things that could make this better. It’s designed off a child size backpack. Not every one is size small. mostly good, cat likes it This backpack was comfortable to carry around my 8 lb. cat for some shopping (training her to get used to going out). Got compliments on it and the cat liked the design better than other carriers, much calmer. The safety snap is designed with dogs in mind, to clip onto their collars in case the bubble or screen did come out.
