Not what I expected… bad design Lots of design flaws:1) Why on earth did they put the rings for the shoulder strap inside the pockets? This makes it really difficult to remove things you’ve placed in the pockets.2) I’m an accountant who often brings a notebook and papers onsite with clients. In order to bring these items with me I have to put them into the pocket vertically and then turn them often creasing or tearing them since it’s such a tight fit. Why would they make the opening less wide than…
