This bag DOES convert to a crossbody messenger bag!! I felt compelled to write this review because the only other review on the product I found to be incorrect. I really wanted this bag but like the other reviewer was bummed when she said it did not actually function like a cross body messenger bag. Good quality, but needs improvement Was very excited for this bag to finally arrive after being out of stock. Although it is good quality, the bag is slightly darker in color than pictured, and fairly smaller inside than what would be expected based on the measurements. It cannot hold as much as I had hoped. Additionally, when using it as a backpack, the bag cannot easily be put on.
