Dwayne Bartholomew is great in “Cement Suitcase” This is why I like indie films. I like films that are character driven, that explore life, relationships, work. I like films with good acting and plot, rather than special effects, violence. This is a well-constructed film, bordering on original. Writer/director Castaneda has offered a tasty smorgasbord of content and characters, the central character, Franklin (Dwayne Bartholomew), is in crisis and sends out an S.O.S. to the universe.
