High Quality, Smaller Than It looks The bag is very well made with most of the outside made up of a slightly slick canvas material that seems pretty water resistant. I have a large 17″ gaming laptop I use for video and content editing and when inside its protective sleeve it barely fits inside the bag. Buckles Although I am returning this item, I still think it is a good product. I originally wanted to replace an old bag which has most of the same features–convertible backpack, slot to slide over rolling suitcase, etc. I liked it, but it has more buckles and straps than I would like–esp. the the pairs on the top and bottom to bind the width.
