Great Warranty and customer service We used this set right after we bought it for our summer trip. Unfortunately a wheel broke off of the large piece and the lock was jammed on the medium piece during the trip (we all know how things happen at airports). When we got back I contacted the company in regards to the warranty. There is a 5 year warranty on the set and the breaks were covered! They shipped us a new set of luggage that arrived this week.
