Instructions for resetting the combination lock:
1. The lock is preset at 0-0-0;
2. Use a pen or something pointed to press the reset button (the small hole on the side of the lock);
3. Enter your new combination by rotating the wheels;
4. Remove the pen and push once on the opening button. Your new combination is now set.

Just buy it and take a well deserved nap. Awesome. All 3 are built to last.The little things usually get me, so here’s what got me… The handles have a rubber that is very comfortable and makes it easy to grip on the top and sides if you need to pick it up quickly. Very handy zipper pockets for toiletries or even socks, the wheels glide smoothly, each has a massive amount of space once you expand it.. (Almost too much space). Beautiful and functional The luggage is very nice and we went to France from Alaska with it. Sturdy so no problems there. We didn’t use the lock feature on the luggage. I had the largest one and my husband the middle one. We didn’t take the small one. I found the large one too large for me to handle comfortably and at times had to ask for help with lifting it up into a car and so forth.
