Too flimsy to withstand airplane travel Yes, this luggage is lightweight and moves easily. But it is so flimsy that it didn’t stand up to one trip on an airplane. When it came off the luggage belt, it was worn out on the edges and the piping was broken. After wheeling it on a rough surface outside the airport to get to the cab and over one gravel path, the wheels were rough and gouged out. Nice but deceptive sizing
Excellent lightweight suitcase. I waited until after my trip to review this suitcase. I used it on a three week trip to the U.K. and Ireland. We traveled on two airlines, coming and going, as well as two regional airlines. It had a lot of airline baggage handling. We stayed in a different hotel almost every night and many of them did not have elevators so I had to drag the suitcase up and bounce it down the next morning. This bag performed perfectly.
