Shoulder strap failure I was really hoping that this bag would be excellent and maybe it is in most ways, but I had an experience with it while walking through an airport with it slung over my shoulder that left me disappointed. The connection between the shoulder strap and the clip that attaches to the bag worked itself loose (see photos). Without warning my bag felt to the concrete floor in the airport. Zipper broke within three uses I bought this as a gift for my husband. He liked the look of it, as well as the size and functionality. Problem is that the zipper on one of the side compartments already broke after he used it only three times on weekend trips (never through baggage claim at an airport).
