Good & bad… depends on how you use it. So 1st the positive: It is a great canvas, nice and strong and a super color too. The shoulder strap is nice and wide and would never cut into your neck. Pockets are good and plentiful, lots of places to stash your stuff. The downside is this: there is no padding for your laptop on the outside of the laptop compartment, the side where it will take all the hits going under an airplane seat, etc.. You would need a seperate sleave. But the bigger thing is no handle. I for one am always…
