PLEASE READ This is an amazing carrier for my Syrian hamster. In the beginning, I didn’t know which size to buy, so I bought. Turned out that the small is wayyyy too small. Physically, a large Syrian hamster can fit inside but it is definitely overwhelming for them. So I would definitely recommend the large one. Perfect size for my Sun Conure I need to take my conure in to get his claws trimmed and needed a way to get him there safely. I wasn’t thrilled with the bird-specific carriers that were available – especially because so many of them are extremely pricey. This is the perfect size and should do the trick.
