The metal material used is FAR too soft, and using 5 if these on a trip to the UK last month, the tags got badly bent and some broke off after the 1st long flight. I loved the look and design of these. But the huge flaw is that whatever metal is being used (aluminum?) is just not sturdy enough to handle even minor abuse from basic airline handling attached to your luggage. Very impressed with the luggage tags. They attach easily and will be easy to recognize because of the colors. One suggestion would be to make the area for info a little more visible so more of the info could be seen without having to remove the tag from the luggage and pulling the card out of the tag other than that am really looking forward to using this product.The tags appear well made and the attachment piece easy to use to connect to the luggage.
