Great Quality for Use and Design The customer support is phenomenal, first of all. The locks are great, mine works as described and it’s a great price too. Super cute as well. The weight and feel and color of the blue (the color one I chose) is perfect. I love smoothness of the lock and the way the combination dials easily roll and click from number to number under your fingertips. And I love the satisfying feeling when you open it up or close it. Couldn’t unlock it or make combination for it Directions made no sense, tried youtubing how to create lock combo but no videos anywhere. I needed it for my trip but couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to made a combo for it and get it unlocked. (It comes pre locked and you need to make a combo for it to unlock) and th directions seemed simple enough but no matter what I did the lock didn’t unlock and I couldn’t use the lock on my suitecase. I thought it was just me and had a bunch of my roommates try as well and they couldn’t open…
