great customer service UPDATE: The company made it right, great customer service!!! And then new bag’s zipper pull works just fine.The zipper pull broke the third time we used it. Which was very VERY inconvenient since it was when we were trying to load in a stroller to gate check it as a line of people waited to board the plane behind us and an impatient flight attendant stood waiting to board us.Other than the broken zipper, this is a great bag. Check zipper and send back if it does not work properly. We bought for my son to go back to college after winter break. Everything about the bag seemed great. Great price. Thick material, construction of seems, etc. My son has to go back to school tomorrow and one of the zippers is malfunctioning. It has two that close bag from each side. Only one side will close bag. The other gets stuck and does not close and some of the zipper is damaged. It’s too late to send back and ask for a replacement because he needs it for his travel tomorrow. We will have…
