Sturdy My 7 pound little boy, Seamus, fit wonderfully in here. It’s sturdy and I love the fact I can buckle it in to the seat of my car. There are a lot of ways I can reach in to comfort my babies without the chance of them running out of the carrier. One thing that these don’t have is a top down loading option. AWESOME!!! Don’t listen to the bad reviews!! I read the reviews for this carrier and was genuinely concerned at how 50/50 they were on this carrier. Some said it smelled and some said it was just plain awful. Having not been able to find one I liked more than this one, I went ahead and trusted the 5 star reviews. I’M SO GLAD I DID!
