Doesn’t squeak at all I bought this because the strap I had squeaked non stop when I walked and it was driving me nuts. This strap is great in that regard – doesn’t squeak at all! However the shoulder pad is like non-existent. There’s zero padding. I took the shoulder pad from my old strap and now it’s perfect. 3 stars only because of that (I have a heavy laptop and if I didn’t have a replacement pad, I would have had to buy one). Otherwise great quality.Edit: I changed my review to 5 stars. About a week…
Well Made and Exceptional Value
[Update] I guess the seller noticed my complaint about the shoulder pad and contacted me saying they have a newly designed one with bubble padding and that secures to the strap better. They sent me a free replacement, even though is a bit more bulky, it is much more comfortable. It also doesn’t slide around like the original one does. Changing my rating to 5 stars for excellent responsiveness and quick solution to design a design problem. I’ve included photos of the old (top) and new (bottom)…
