Bed credit ! Receiving a used one instead of a new one ! Very disappointed ! Luggage looks great. Color is beautiful. However, I receive a USED ONE with black scratches on it. It looks a lot worse than the picture when I open the package. The scraches were all black, so I use a clean wet paper towel to wipe it off but there some stay on and the scratches are still there. There are so many scratches at the same place, which you can tell it has been used many times before. I think the scratches are done by hitting the floor.
