Test the product on receipt The luggage belt arrived properly packaged and per anticipated delivery schedule, and appeared substantial enough for intended use (easy luggage identification at airport carousels). Unfortunately, the clasp would not open at the initial factory preset of 000, and as a result the combination could not be reset to my desired preference. I attempted to open the clasp using numerous other combinations around 000 without success. I am assuming that the problem was the result of a manufacturing…
