Very nice pack, but beware there are very subtle difference between some models. This is a virtually identical review I wrote for the model SA1923, which I now use.I needed to replace my old laptop backpack and noticed many colleagues using the SwissGear line. The difficulty in ordering one of these on-line is that there are a number of variations and the differences are subtle.
