Do not trust the lock! I was very pleased with these suitcases when I first received them. I took the large 28″ piece on a trip and everything seemed to be great. On my last day, as I was leaving, I locked the suitcase with the built-in lock. I set the combination for the lock before I went on my trip and it worked just fine on my way there but the suitcase decided to change my combination or it just broke because I am now unable to open my suitcase. I will have to use wire cutters to open my suitcase to get my…
