The thing fell apart Bought this based on the great reviews it got. The one thing I need it to do, which is to keep my laptop safe, the zip came loose after just 6 months (see attached first picture). Great improvement over the 2013 model. I upgraded to this bag from the Command 2013 model, and there were definitely enough changes to the bag to warrant the purchase. I’m on the go a lot, so I need a bag that can keep a decent amount of stuff organized throughout the day. I take frequent overnight trips to NYC, and this bag is compact enough to easily maneuver on Metro North trains and on the subway.
