Great bag with a few nit picks. My oldest son is VERY picky when it comes to which messenger bag he wanted for Christmas. He described it to me and it took a little bit of research, but I decided on the Timbuk2 Commute Messenger Bag size medium. I was very worried but when he opened it, all my fears disappeared. He put a bunch of stuff into it and fastened it onto his back. He made a few moves and turned and looked at me and said, “Mom…you got it right! This is PERFECT!” It sits very nice and flat on his back…

First off, let me state that this is a fantastic bag overall. I am giving it 4 stars because I have some nit-picks with it so I can’t call it perfect, but still it is a great bag. I use this every day commuting to college. In it I typically carry two a 15 inch Macbook pro, two large folders, a hardcover book for reading, headphones, pens, portable hard drive, and a number of other small odds and ends.
