I am very pleased with this pack I love this thing. I used it as my carry backpack âpersonal itemâ in addition to a roller carry-on bag for a trip to Italy. It was probably a bit too big to fit all the way under the plane seat in front of me but I knew that when I purchased given the size is clearly stated in the description. I like the space and it’s a really nice pack. The downfall is the side zipper. I feel like the zipper could unzip more because it is hard to put my 17.3 in computer in there. It does fit, it’s just not an easy task to put the laptop in there, or as easy as I’d like it to be. I would also like to have another outside side pocket like the other side pocket that holds drinks. But, it’s a comfortable bag to wear.
