What the knot! I haven’t read all the reviews to see if others have had the same experience or if it is actually an intended “feature” of the ID holder but the strap is tangled/knotted in such a way that it is impossible to undo. I’ve tried many times to see if I can twist/untwist/untangle but it is impossible. I need to have one of the straps undone in order to undo this knot.
