Well built, poor warranty support I will say the bag is well built, I spend 100+ nights/year on the road, and this bag has held up very well. It made it exactly one year before my first issue- a broken wheel. Keep in mind I switched to this brand due to their highly touted warranty, however on my first attempt to utilize it I found it rather worthless. Excellent Product for Those with Heavy Travel Schedules I travel a lot for work, in fact I’m already at 200,000 this year and it’s the first week of November. I bought this spinner for my longer international work trips and it’s pretty great. The wheels are so smooth and move effortlessly (much better than my carry on spinner) and the bag is designed well overall.
