Ulgoo Leather and Canvas Bag After writing my last review, I was informed that the production quality has improved and was given an option for a refund or new bag, I chose new bag. Customer service has been over the top on making sure my issue was resolved. While I have not had a chance to use the new bag, I’m getting emailed daily to change my review.
