I own five of these Poweradd Slim2 chargers.Recently, one of them stopped holding a charge.On Sunday 4/23/17, I emailed Poweradd customer service. I had a response from Poweradd the same day (and not an automated response) asking if I wanted a refund or a replacement. ON A SUNDAY. I have five of these, they are great compact chargers. Be aware that not all colors (at the time of this review) have 1A output… I already have another battery pack that I love, but the only downside is that it’s essentially a brick. Great for extended periods of time where I won’t be near an outlet, but not ideal for on-the-go daily use, so I wanted a smaller pack that wouldn’t eat up so much space (or weight) to my purse.
