Super Cute, but noisy wheels, not spacious, and customer service can’t/won’t/doesn’t read Pros:The bag is super-cute, and I always get tons of compliments on it.The raincoat is awesome.Cons:- The bag is not great for many documents. I am constantly worried that my papers will get frayed going in and out of the bag.The wheels are not great. I don’t know where everyone else who has written about this bag works, but I work in NYC commuting to CT and Long Island, and those wheels wore down fast… like within two months, I had the loudest rolly bag…
